They were very impressed with this agency and Thomas Mifflin in particular, so we gave a call requesting a quote on bundling insurance for our autos, camper, home in Clarkdale and home in Overgaard. Thomas was very knowledgeable, gave thorough explanations of each of the 3 policies, was patient as we went through what seemed to me to be a fairly complicated situation. Thomas was able to give us the same coverage on each policy as we had with The Hartford, and actually increased our coverage in several areas. The camper insurance was a bit higher than we had been paying, but the savings in the home and auto policies more than made up for it. We appreciated the level of professionalism shown by Thomas and his communication and follow through was among the best we have experienced.
